Our entire Spring Brook community comes together for this epic event, featuring bounce houses, a cake walk, food, games, prizes, amazing raffle baskets, balloon artists, face painting, food, drinks, and an exclusive 5th-grade-only glow party.

Spring Brook's Annual Field Day is a fun-filled way to wrap up a great school year! K-2 and 3-5 grade students will each participate in a half-day filled with activities.
Volunteer shifts will be posted in May for parents interested in helping facilitate the fun.
September 30 - October 4, 2024
Spring Brook will be observing National Bullying Awareness Month with a week of activities designed to raise awareness of the negative effects of bullying and encourage students to stand up against offenders. The week will kickoff on Monday, September 30 with a special assembly featuring Matt Wilhelm, BMX Flatland rider and motivational speaker. .
Matt performs at over 300 schools per year and was featured in the award-winning documentary Stop Bullying: Speak UP with President Obama. He is an USA National Champion, 3-Time XGames Medalist, World Championship Bronze and Silver Medalist, Semi-Finalist on America's Got Talent, Winner of FOX TV's 30 Seconds to Fame, Guiness World Record Holder, and so much more.
Matt's positive approach to bully prevention makes it "Cool to be Kind." His assembly will combine motivational speaking with a BMX stunt performance. With Matt's help, our Huskies will learn to be Upstanders! Learn more about Matt at www.mattwilhelm.com.
In-School Activities
Activities and a special book display are already up in the LMC.
Teachers will be incorporating messaging from the assembly into classroom discussions throughout the week.
Additional information will be sent home with students.

This year's Around the World Multicultural Day will take place during the school day. Students in all grade levels will spend a portion of their day being immersed into the new traditions, customs, songs, dances and games from different cultures.
All of our countries have been filled for this year!
Click here to sign up to volunteer for your student's grade. Parents will assist for 50 minute shifts, sign up by grade level.

Our annual Bingo for Books fundraising night is one not to be missed! All students and their families are welcome to attend. Every student who participates is guaranteed to take home a book. Bingo cards, snacks, water, and raffle tickets for exciting prizes will be available for purchase at the event.
We are currently collecting K-5 level books. Contact Jacqueline Baird to coordinate drop off.

Mark your calendars and book your babysitters! The Spring Brook Adult Social is an adults-only night of fun, offering the opportunity to support the efforts of the PTA while meeting other parents and enjoying each other's company. The evening will feature live music by the band Tres Mustache, hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar,, wine pull, and a fantastic silent auction.

The Spring Brook Elementary PTA is proud to support the American Heart Association each year by participating in the Kids Heart Challenge. Information will be sent home for students to raise funds in support of the American Heart Association's mission. In appreciation, students can earn exciting prizes. The fundraising efforts will culminate in a a fun-filled day of heart-healthy activity at Spring Brook. Every grade level will visit the gym on February 14 to get active and have fun.

Mark your calendar's for Spring Brook's annual STEM Night & Science Fair. All Spring Brook students and their families are welcome to attend. Information packets will be sent home in the spring for interested students to sign up for the Science Fair.
